Information
Please fill out the required forms in order for the Strathcona Mounted Troop to participate at your event. It is recommended that you book early to avoid disappointment.) The completed package must be returned no laterthan 60 days prior to the event. The application form can be printed out and mailed or faxed to the address below.
The Strathcona Mounted Troop will contact you within 5 business days to acknowledge the receipt of your application form and discuss with you any issues regarding the information provided in your application. In mid-March, once this year's ride season is finalized, we will contact you again to confirm your booking.
Honourariums range from $1500 to $2000 per ride depending on the distance required to travel to your respective venue.
Application Forms
Please note: Inclement weather may force the cancellation of the musical ride. In the event of cancellation during an overnight stay your organization will be liable for 50% of the honourarium.
