During the summer of 2020, the Regiment received word that it would be supporting an exported Armoured Troop Warrant Course (ATW).

The armoured advisory team deployed to Ukraine on June 14th, two months later than we expected, and down one member.

As May draws to a close the members of enhanced Forward Presence (eFP) Latvia have started to switch gears and look forward to some much needed rest and relaxation, as they start to look forward to redeployment.

April has been a great month for the members of eFP BG LVA. The previous month had been exciting, but with the arrival of COVID-19 personnel got confined to base and the calendar cleared up.

Members of the Enhanced Forward Presence Battle Group had a hell of a third month. As I write this article, history is being made across the globe in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In the cold month of February, Task Force WAR PIGS as the Enhanced Forward Presence (eFP) Battle Group (BG) capitalizes on each day, forging a multinational war machine.

The early days of February marked the one month anniversary of the Strathcona led eFP Battlegroup(BG) in Latvia.

On 8 January 2020, the first 150 soldiers from the Enhanced Forward Presence Battle Group (eFP BG) Latvia, departed Edmonton.
