Strathcona Mounted Troop Warrant Officer

Sgt Dobson joined the Canadian Armed Forces in 2009, and upon completion of BMQ and DP1 was posted to the Lord Strathcona’s Horse (Royal Canadians) in 2010 to Recce Squadron as a coyote driver. In 16 years of service Sgt Dobson deployed on two domestic operations for Op Lentus, once to Manitoba and again to Calgary. Following their Tank qualifications, they deployed as the Squadron Operations Warrant Officer for C Sqn on Op Reassurance to Latvia.

Currently resides outside of Edmonton on an acreage with his wife Lauren, two sons James and William and ever-growing number of pets.
